Resume
Instructional Designer | Learning Specialist
Anyone can learn anything – with the right instructional design.
I aim to create innovative learning experiences using the latest methodologies and technology. I thrive in a collaborative environment and believe in fostering long-lasting connections between my team, learners, and stakeholders.
Staying on top of the latest trends and technologies in the instructional design field is something I’m passionate about.
How I stay current
- I’m active in my instructional design community in my graduate program as the Instructional Design and Performance Technology Student Association president. In this role, I network with colleagues and make connections with other professionals in the ID field.
- I stay involved in learning guilds. This year, my colleague and I look forward to competing in the AECT/NATO Design & Development competition. I’m excited to explore how NATO can implement emerging trends in artificial intelligence into their current training programs. To check out my recent work for NATO, view my portfolio.
- I stay current with new instructional design research on social media and follow expert instructional designers like Devlin Peck, Julie Dirksen, and Cathy Moore.
