How I stay current
- Selected to compete in the AECT/NATO Design & Development Competition (Fall 2024), exploring innovative applications of artificial intelligence to enhance and modernize training programs
- Continuously push the boundaries of learning by experimenting with AI-driven tools and approaches, applying them to improve personalization, efficiency, and overall learning experience design
- Pursuing Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (Summer 2026) to further strengthen project leadership, strategic execution, and cross-functional delivery
- Demonstrate a strong growth mindset by consistently seeking new challenges, expanding technical skill sets, and integrating emerging technologies into instructional design strategy
